New Quote Module
The new Quote module is the latest addition to our standard webshop integration MagentoShopConnect. With this extension, you can manage quote processes integrally and service the customer with tailored offers and advice. This provides new opportunities to increase the efficiency of your sales process and grow online sales!
Synchronize Quotes
While MagentoShopConnect already exchanges data about customers, products, and orders by default, the Quote module ensures that quote requests and quotes are also synchronized between your webshop or B2B e-commerce and your ERP system.
Manage the Entire Quote Process
Through the Quote module, customers can add products to a quote request themselves. After submission, the request is delivered directly to the ERP system. Based on this request, you can offer your quote in the webshop, optionally in multiple variants such as a budget and luxury version. Through the integration, you can conduct an online dialogue with your customer for extra advice and adjust the quote if desired. Upon approval, your customer can accept the quote in your webshop and pay directly based on the adjusted prices in the proposed quote. The corresponding quote remains available for reference.
