Our punchout plugin makes your web store platform "Punchout-Ready" without the need for modifications. Our expert staff at Epartment installs the PunchOut plugin within minutes and ensures that PunchOut requests from eProcurement customers are correctly recognized (while other traffic is ignored) and automatically logged into the webshop.
The plugin calls our Punchout Cloud, where the specific PunchOut requirements or the "profile" of your customer are stored. This way, we manage the PunchOut session with your web store, providing all your customers with the same shopping and ordering experience!

About us
Say what?! OCI stands for Open Catalog Interface and was conceived by SAP. An OCI Punchout connection gives the customer the opportunity to view the product catalog of your webshop or B2B portal from their own ERP system or e-procurement platform. This excursion to the webshop is managed through an automatic login.
The products are then selected and placed in the webshop's shopping cart. After that, your customer can send the products in real-time to their own ERP system or e-procurement platform. Additionally, up-to-date article information, availability/delivery time, and the current price are available.
How does it work
The punchout process.
1.
Through the procurement system, you automatically log into the webshop. The user does not need to have or remember any login credentials, etc.
2.
The user adds the products to the shopping cart.
3.
From the shopping cart, the webshop sends the products, prices, and other data to the purchasing system.
4.
In the purchasing system, it is then possible to add a purchase number, or for example, to start a workflow that allows someone else to approve the order.
5.
The order is sent to the ERP system through various digital channels (email, cXML). After that, the order is processed and sent.
