Omnichannel strategy
Within the Omnichannel process, the customer journey of the client is central. Vocas does not think in channels, but has the desire to fulfill all the needs of the client. Together with Epartment, the strategy has been determined to ensure that online, offline, B2B, and B2C are fully integrated.
Connection with SAP
In collaboration with SAP Gold partner Agion the various Magento webshops and B2B e-commerce portals are linked to SAP Business One. This means that all orders are automatically synchronized with the ERP system. Typing in order and product information is now a thing of the past. As a result, Vocas always has up-to-date data of all its orders, stocks, and prices. The financial administrations run automatically.
Intercompany
By full integration of multiple webshops across different SAP administrations, stocks, prices, orders, and credits are automatically managed. Within SAP Business One, an intercompany setup is used, making internal bookings automated. Vocas has expressed trust in Epartment and we have already started the realization of a total of 3 webshops!
