Like any self-respecting internet agency or website/store builder, you are today 'obliged' to at least take a look at the web shop trade fair at the Jaarbeurs halls in Utrecht. As every year, we from Epartment are always going to take a look, shake hands, and of course have a good chat here and there with a nice drink.
What stands out this last year is that the fair has suddenly become twice as large as the previous year. Despite the world being in a recession, the internet world is still 'booming'. One downside is that we are also seeing a considerable number of 'Cowboys' emerge who all want to share in this success. Companies that claim to have a solution, but you can see within 5 minutes that it hasn’t been thought through for long.
But well, let’s not think too negatively, because all in all, it was also a very successful fair for us, where maybe in the near future something will be mentioned on our website. Next year, shall we perhaps have our own Epartment booth standing there.....?!
