As the representative of the Dynex brand, you make it clear to customers which products/services best suit them, in your own way. This way, you understand better than anyone what customers need. Actively contacting customers, creatively approaching them, and then maintaining those relationships is your specialty.

It is up to you to tackle this challenge in your own way, with your ideas and solutions. Your input is critical for the future design and direction of Corebox. Therefore, you also receive the corresponding trust as part of the Epartment management team. You determine what Dynex achieves, both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • The partner network of Corebox and Conneqt is your priority, which you realize by making both brands known in the region and actively engaging in conversations

  • You stay informed about changing customer needs and seize opportunities to provide customers with Dynex solutions

  • As part of the management team, you represent the sales side of Dynex. You draft the sales plan, execute it, and monitor the progress of your activities

  • Together with the marketing responsible person, you work on establishing campaigns that showcase everything Dynex has to offer

General Tasks

  • Finding and then following up on sales leads and prospects

  • You build the partner network and maintain it, including participation in events and trade shows

  • Explaining and advising on the value of Dynex products to your network

  • You create cool demos to use for sales pitches

  • After successful conversations, you prepare the quotes and follow up on them

  • You communicate the scale and ambitions of the partner network with your supervisor to align the (upcoming) management team year plans with it

  • You achieve sales targets to help bring Dynex to its next phase

Corebox/Conneqt

  • At Corebox and Conneqt, you develop strategies to approach potential agencies. In collaboration with your team, you work them out to forge strong ties between Dynex and your partner network

  • You approach all potential agencies (partners) and map the network well for your supervisor(s)

  • You facilitate the onboarding of agencies. Including the onboarding plan, the subsequent migration (to the new hosting), and the kick-back fees

  • As a contact person for the agencies, you adequately map out their wishes, doubts, and ideas to further develop the Corebox product

  • When in doubt or uncertainty, you immediately step in to clarify matters or refer to specialists

  • You inform partners about additional services such as SLAs, Rolldev, and providing training by Epartment DevOps engineers

Epartment

  • Primarily, you maintain existing customer relationships and encourage their development, such as new features or redesigns

  • Conducting/leads new business conversations

  • You understand (to a certain extent) technical Ecommerce, ERP, and PIM system capabilities, so you can identify opportunities in customer needs

  • When end-users reach out for hosting, you connect them with partners, including Epartment

Knowledge/Expertise
