Overall Goal
Is it natural for you to involve people in a product vision? Then this business development position was made for you.
In this role, you will be the driving force in creating the customer-partner network for the Dynex Group. You enjoy bringing customers together to build relationships and gather their needs. You inform the team about sales and development opportunities for Conneqt, Corebox, and Epartment, following discussions with your partner network. As the representative of the Dynex brand, you clarify to customers which products/services best fit their needs, in your own way. This way, you understand better than anyone what customers truly need. Actively contacting customers, creatively approaching them, and then maintaining those relationships is your specialty.
It is up to you to tackle this challenge in your own way, with your ideas and solutions. Your input is crucial for the future shaping and direction of Corebox. Therefore, you also gain the necessary trust as part of the Epartment Management Team. You co-determine what Dynex achieves, nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
You are the first representative for Dynex to customers
The partner network of Corebox and Conneqt is your priority, which you realize by making both brands known in the region and actively engaging in conversations
You stay informed of changing customer needs and seize opportunities to provide customers with Dynex solutions
As part of the Management Team, you represent the sales side of Dynex. You prepare the sales plan, execute it, and monitor the progress of your activities
Together with the marketing responsible, you work on creating campaigns that set everything Dynex apart in the market
General Tasks
You clearly distinguish between the customer groups of Epartment and Corebox/Conneqt. The ongoing development of Epartment, and the pioneering of both Corebox and Conneqt
You prepare a sales annual plan detailing your requirements for sales success
Finding and then following up on sales leads and prospects
You build and also maintain the partner network, including participation in events and fairs
Explaining and advising on the value of Dynex products to your network
You create exciting demos to use for sales pitches
After successful discussions, you prepare the quotes and follow up on them
You communicate the scale and ambitions of the partner network with your supervisor to align the (upcoming) Management Team annual plans
You achieve sales targets to help bring Dynex into its next phase
Corebox/Conneqt
At Corebox and Conneqt, you establish the strategies to approach potential agencies. In collaboration with your team, you develop them to forge strong ties between Dynex and your partner network
You approach all potential agencies (partners) and map out the network effectively for your supervisor(s)
You facilitate the onboarding of agencies, including the onboarding plan, subsequent migration (to the new hosting), and the kick-back fees
As a point of contact for agencies, you accurately capture their wishes, doubts, and ideas to further develop the Corebox product
If there are doubts or uncertainties, you immediately step in to clarify matters, or refer to specialists
You inform partners about additional services such as SLAs, Rolldev, and facilitating training by Epartment DevOps engineers
Epartment
Primarily, you maintain existing customer relationships and encourage their further development, such as new features or redesigns
Leading new business conversations
You understand (to some extent) the technical capabilities of Ecommerce, ERP, and PIM systems, so you can identify opportunities in customer needs
When end-users reach out for hosting, you connect them with partners, including Epartment
Knowledge/Expertise
Senior: HBO work and thinking level, at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Strong communicator with demonstrable sales/account management experience
