At Koffiehenk.nl, everything is coffee. From its own warehouse, Koffiehenk supplies a wide range of coffee beans, ground (filter) coffee, coffee pads, coffee capsules, and various teas. All of this at very competitive prices and shipped quickly. All products are selected for their good price and are sold on a single webshop with 3 languages/store views.
Koffiehenk's request was to improve the user experience and speed of the existing Magento 2 webshop and to provide visitors with the best shopping experience with the right functionalities. With the aim of ultimately increasing conversion rates and loyalty.
At Koffiehenk, we have ensured that the new Magento webshop is future-ready, with a completely new UX/UI design and we have automated some key processes.

Koffiehenk sells a wide range of coffee and tea via a single Magento 2 webshop in three languages. The user experience and speed of that webshop needed to be improved, so that visitors can find what they are looking for more quickly.
The goal: higher conversion and more returning customers.

We started with a UX/UI analysis and created a completely new design based on it. The webshop now runs on the Hyvä theme, with attention to Core Web Vitals, on performance e-commerce hosting.
In addition, we built a subscription module with a Pay.nl integration and linked the webshop to Exact Online, so that key processes run automatically.
